Terms and Conditions


Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings must be made through our booking system with full payment at the time of booking.


Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 7+ days before camp start = full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before camp = no refund.
  • If Amplo cancels, a refund or transfer will be offered.


Childcare Vouchers & Funding

  • Will be accepted once Ofsted registration is complete. Parents will be notified.


Behaviour

  • We follow our REF (Respect, Effort, Fun) Behaviour Policy with a card system.
  • Parents will be informed of behaviour issues. Continued failure to follow expectations may result in cancellation without refund.


Medical & Emergencies

  • Parents must provide full details of medical needs, allergies, or additional needs.
  • Medication will only be administered with written consent.
  • In emergencies, staff will act in the best interest of the child and contact parents immediately.


Safeguarding & Collection

  • All staff hold enhanced DBS checks and safeguarding training.
  • A password system is used for collection: the parent sets a password at drop-off, and it must be given at collection. No password, no child.


Personal Belongings

  • Belongings are brought at parents’ risk.
  • No mobile phones are allowed at camp.


Photography

  • Photos/videos may be used for promotional purposes only with parental consent.

Agreement

By booking, parents/guardians agree to these Terms & Conditions.
