- Information is used only for camp administration, safeguarding, and emergency contact.
- Data is stored securely and only accessed by authorised staff.
- We do not share personal information with third parties, except when required by law or safeguarding obligations.
- Records are kept in line with statutory requirements and securely destroyed once no longer needed.
- Parents/guardians have the right to request access to, or deletion of, their personal data at any time by contacting amplosports@hotmail.com.
